Now that the shopping list is out, we would need to do a little logistical planning for this big event.

I'll get the drinks from Carrefour after my meeting at Suntec at 10.

Okay, now who will buy what? Are you all meeting to get the stuff from NTUC? I would suggest to meet early because NTUC may be very crowded with CNY shoppers on Friday, which is the eve of the eve of CNY, hence there may be a rush for last-minute shopping.

Would you guys want to actually get the food one day in advanced, or on Friday itself?

As for XT, your cooler, do you guys want to shop near XT's place, then shun4 bian4 bring the cooler (Colin you're driving right?) into his car? Any ideas?

I'll bring my two ponchos which I didn't use in Yunnan. What else do we need other than food?
